Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid professional services engaged with CodeStudioHub. Digital IT and AI projects are custom engagements; refunds are handled fairly and transparently as described below.

Initial consultations offered as free (including "Get Free Consultation") are not billable and therefore not eligible for refund.

Work typically begins after an agreed advance or kickoff payment.

• Fees for a milestone are non-refundable once that phase has started or its deliverables are completed as defined in the proposal
• Unused pre-paid amounts for work not yet started may be reviewed in good faith
• Third-party costs (licenses, tools, media, domains) incurred at your request are generally non-refundable once purchased

If you cancel after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment covering completed milestones, third-party costs incurred on your behalf, and a reasonable amount for work in progress as of the cancellation notice.

If we cancel a project before completion for reasons within our control, we will refund any unused pre-paid fees for incomplete milestones after deducting costs already incurred and fees for agreed completed work.

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us promptly. We will work to remedy issues within the defined revision cycles. Refunds are not automatic solely based on subjective preference outside contracted requirements.
